Given the prevalence of mediation, the seminar on Friday is designed for all attorneys with the objective of improving your mediation skills. Each session will be led by professional mediators from Juridical Solutions and The McCammon Group alongside experienced attorneys. The workshop on Saturday is designed to provide a “hands-on” opportunity to conduct a mediation before a professional mediator, with constructive critiques at the end.
