2019 Trial Tactics Workshop

Registration

  • Attorneys will be assigned as co-counsel for the plaintiff or defendant if there is a cancellation.

$400 registration includes case file, all written materials, reception, continental breakfast, & box lunch. Volunteer witnesses attend all events for free. Price increases to $400 February 23.
Registration is closed

Two-day mock trial at the University of Richmond School of Law.  Attorneys will be assigned as co-counsel for the plaintiff or defendant. Coaching, ahead of the event and on-site, provided by experienced members of the defense bar. Current and retired Virginia judges will preside and provide constructive feedback throughout the trial.

Co-Counsel slots have been filled but you can still attend as a witness and/or juror and receive CLE credit. Registration includes case file, all written materials, networking reception, continental breakfast, & box lunch.  Approved for 7.0 HRS CLE.

Hotel

Limited VADA-discounted hotel rooms are available at the Westin Richmond (6631 W. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23230).  Call 888-627-7786 and mention "VADA" before February 22 for the $137 discounted rate.

Registration

Registration for this unique event is limited and fills quickly.  New members, registration includes your first year membership in VADA.  No membership bill sent until 2020.  Contact Sherma Mather at smather@vada.org for details. We need a few volunteers to act as a witness at Saturday's trial (friend, colleague, spouse, parent, sibling, etc.) Volunteer witnesses attend all events for free.
