Authority of Use Plaintiff's Medical Bills When Plaintiffs Try to Exclude Them
On June 19, 2019, the Circuit Court for Fairfax County, in the matter of Maldonado V. Metropolitan Communications Group, LLC, et al., Case No.: CL2017-18241, entered this Order, denying, under authority of Barkley v. Wallace, 267 Va. 369 (2004), the plaintiff's motion in limine to exclude evidence of her incurred medical specials.
