Charting a Course for Successful Litigation

VADA's 51st Annual Meeting.  We will be meeting at the new Hilton Norfolk The Main in downtown Norfolk.

Registration

Registration fee of $425 includes all sessions, breakfasts & lunches, networking receptions, late nights, and written materials. New members joining VADA will have their first year membership fee waived for 2020.  First membership bill will be sent January 2021.

Guest registration fee of $125 includes Wednesday and Thursday receptions. For guest ticket information for Thursday's Awards lunch, please contact Amy Gilbody at agilbody@vada.org. 

Cancellations accepted until 9/18, minus a $25 processing fee.  No refunds after 9/18, but substitutions welcome anytime. Email Amy Gilbody at agilbody@vada.org for further information. Business attire is recommended.

Hotel Information

A block of rooms has been reserved at the VADA-discounted rate of $159.  The room block is scheduled to be released September 11.  Click here to use the online booking tool to see if rooms are available after this date.  

Fitness Challenge

The Fitness Challenge has begun and registration has closed.

New this year! Annual Meeting participants are invited to Join our VADA Fitness Challenge and compete for exciting prizes. At the Annual Meeting, our winner of the most steps will receive a pair of Apple AirPods* and our Streak winner will receive a $200 Dick's Sporting Goods Gift Card*, courtesy of Planet Depos. Easily link your cell phone or fitness watch to the challenge and it will track your steps for you. The challenge will run from September 1-27, but you can register today to be sure you are synced up correctly and begin your training.   Join here.  If asked for a code, enter "vada."  After registering, be sure you click the "Join" button to compete in the Fitness Challenge.

In the event of a tie for either prize, the winner will be determined via a random drawing among those who qualify.
